Our History
Established in 2003, NueVista Strategy LLC (NueVista Strategy) was founded as a consulting firm focused on helping clients improve their performance and value. The considerable experience and creative ability of our team sets us apart in the marketplace today.

Our Leadership
NueVista Strategy is led by Greg Gleason and Stuart Emanuel. Together Greg and Stu have more than 50 years of business and consulting experience. They have worked with business and other organizations on a wide range of management challenges. Both have held senior executive roles with hands-on experience as leaders and managers.

Our Mission
By leveraging experience, analytical skills and creative insights we help our clients achieve significant performance improvements and related organizational objectives. All of our work is based on the premise that performance results from capable people working together to make good decisions and implement them effectively.  Our job is to bring an outside perspective, experience, analytic tools and (when needed) additional discipline to the process.
